About
Us
From Inspiration...
Kingdom Christian Academy's
formation was originally inspired
by a respected Christian farmer
from northwestern Callaway County
and former Advisory Council Member,
Mr. Paul Bastian. He had envisioned
a Christian school in Callaway County,
Missouri.

To Action and Formation...
Inspired by Mr. Bastian,
a number of discussions commenced
and meetings were held with others
in the community. An important and
historical meeting for KCA was held
in 1994 at Richland Baptist Church
in Kingdom City. The meeting was
attended by a number of Christian
families from various denominational
backgrounds. It was discovered that
those in attendance shared a common
vision to have a Christian education
alternative in the Callaway County
area. From the courage and faith
of our founding families, Kingdom
Christian Academy was formed. A
Steering Committee played a large
role in establishing our school
as it worked to form our Articles
of Incorporation, and our By-Laws.
To Successful School...
On September 5, 1995,
Kingdom Christian Academy opened
its doors to an original student
body of 42 students from Kindergarten
through the Eighth Grade, which
consisted of a variety of Christian
denominations. The classrooms consisted
of space donated for use by the
First Baptist Church, located at
701 Court Street, in Fulton.
