  KCA Volleyball
Girls volleyball is available at KCA! Girls in grades 5-8 are eligible for the team. During the 2010-2011 school year our team had a great season of 3-3, a dramatic improvement from our opening year of 1-5.

Basketball

  Kingdom Christian Academy takes
conference basketball championship.

Kingdom Christian Academy (KCA) boys basketball clinched the conference title during regular season play and the KCA girls finished the season in second place. Kingdom Christian Academy is a member of the newly formed Central Missouri Christian Athletics (CMCA) conference. In addition to Kingdom Christian Academy, the schools currently in the conference include Columbia schools Christian Chapel Academy, Good Shepherd Lutheran, Christian Fellowship, and Jefferson City school Lighthouse Academy, with more schools to possibly follow. This year’s sports play included girls volleyball (KCA finishing 3rd in the conference tournament) during the fall season and both boys and girls basketball during the winter.

Kingdom Christian Academy hosted the boys and girls basketball conference tournament at Missouri School for the Deaf February 11th and 12th. The two day event involved all 10 conference teams with the KCA boys seated first in the boys bracket and the KCA girls seated second in the girls bracket. Both teams lost the championship game to Christian Fellowship School teams and both received second place tournament trophies. Both boys and girls teams will finish up their season in the next few weeks. Coaching the KCA Saints are boys coaches Brian Shramek and Brian Crisp and girls coaches Kathy Nielsen and Michele Auer and cheerleading coach Mariah Zanter.

Cheer

  KCA Cheer Squad
Our trained and talented cheerleading coach has shaped the KCA Cheerleaders into a 1st class squad. Cheerleading is also available to girls in grades 5-8. The girls cheer at our boys and girls basketball games. They play an important role in keeping the team spirit up and have "wowed" the fans with their lifts and stunts.

Other

  During the 2010-2011 school year KCA became a part of new league of Christian schools that was formed in the area. Right now we have a total of 5 teams that are participating within this league. Those schools include: Lighthouse Preparatory Academy, Christian Fellowship, Christian Chapel Academy, and Good Shepherd Lutheran.
